Overview

The Ellithorpe residence was faced with high electricity costs, and coy fish ponds that were at risk whenever the power went out and shut down the circulation pumps. The homeowner wanted a solution for both problems. RES designed a solar power system and back-up battery that saves the homeowner nearly $16,000 per year in electricity costs, and automatically provides back-up power to the coy ponds during gird-outages, ensuring the water remains clean and the fish are healthy.
